Where can I get student discounts on computers and software?

There are several companies that provide discounts to students.

1.  Microsoft

Microsoft provides a subscription to Office 365 Education for free to students of The Master’s University. This plan allows students to install Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Onenote, Publisher, and Access on up to five PCs or Macs and Office apps on other mobile devices, as well as several other features. 2.  Apple

Information on Apple® Education Discounts and promotions for personal purchases of Mac hardware and software can be found at: Apple University Discounts Page.

*Be sure to check out the Refurbished Macs and iPods in the Special Deals section of the Apple Store. You will find excellent deals and prices here. Inventory is often restocked several times a week and they operate on a first come, first served basis.

3.  Dell

Academic pricing is available from Dell® for TMU students, faculty and staff wishing to make personal purchases. Additionally, great deals can be found every day at the Dell® Outlet. For more information, please visit Dell University and Dell Outlet.

*Dell’s business line of machines (Latitude Notebooks and Optiplex Desktops) carry a higher level of warranty service than their consumer line and is often included in the price. Notebook users should consider an accidental damage warranty.
