Purpose: Multi-factor authentication and digital ID issues can arise when an old phone is replaced with a new one. Before you wipe your old phone, please use this help document to ensure you can access your student account and digital ID on your new phone.
Microsoft Authenticator
If you have Microsoft Authenticator setup on your old phone, please perform the following:
1. Navigate to mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info
2. Remove your old phone as a sign-in method by clicking on Delete

3. Afterwards, click on Add sign-in method to setup the Authenticator app with your new phone. Please ensure that the Authenticator app is installed on your new phone.

If your digital ID was added on your old phone's digital wallet, please contact the IT Service Desk at servicedesk@masters.edu or call us at (661) 362-2876. You can only add your digital ID to one phone at a time.
